If you are a Truck Driver or Operator of a Motor Vehicle Regulated by The Department of Transportation (D.O.T) and have been restricted from sensitive work duties and your name listed in the clearinghouse. If you are ready to get back to work click the link to schedule an assessment with a SAP.
